Nerd Feed is a one-stop shop for all things pop-culture. We cover the video gaming, movie, and TV industries on a daily basis. We aim to pick the most notable story at a given day, and cover it to its length. This ensures that we are able to fully cover a news story completely.
Editor's Note:
The website was envisioned as a way of exploring methods of improving my writing and communication skills, and perhaps the best way to do that is by writing about things that I'm passionate about. I suppose I could have done this through a personal blog, but I thought about broaden my scope by looking at the climate around video gaming news. There are many websites that report on pop-culture news, but I have realised that almost all of them are counter-intuitive. The websites are riddled with advertisements, clickbait-y articles, and you have to go through waves of news that are relevant to the wider gaming community to get to the news that matters.
This led to the creation of this website. I am planning on reporting on one story a day, giving it full attention. That one story would be the most important story of the day within the gaming, movie, or TV worlds. Think of this website as a kind of anti-thesis of what most pop-culture websites have become.
